It's been a while that i visit this forum and i never posted, so here is my first post : i read a thread about paypal and ebay, and how sellers on ebay trust more the verified paypal accounts, my question is a bit different : - Can i use my (Unverified) paypal account to : ** Buy services from the web (web hosting, freelancers, etc..) and specially web hosting and domains. yes you can use ur unverified account for buying service(not for selling) but in most cases paypal limited ur account and ask for verifying account. That time you need to verify account otherwise ur money will be lost. So its better use verified account
Thank you ri12ku2002 for the fast reply. I use eur as currency in paypal. I read in paypal limit that the limit is : 2.500 Euro of reception per year. 1.500 Euro of payement year. I really don't need and (can't) spend more that 1.500 Euro/year (about $2.000) on domains or hosting. and I don't think that i can receive more than 2500 Euro about ($3000) / year with my half-time freelance job, So, I think that is really enough.. don't you ? But you let me ask more.. how can i loose my money ? If i receive a few dollars and spend them immedialtly, is there a risk ? Thank you again.
You can't use your unverified PayPal to buy anything from internet. Only few sites allow to use unverified accounts. - Digital -
Not only do they require verification, but some companies - like GoDaddy - require you to have a valid credit card attached to your account. with unverified account there is limited account risk. any time paypal limited ur account and ask for CC info etc. So in that case you loose money for 180 days. (after 180 days u r able to withdrawal fund from paypal)

Here is my real problem : - i have a verified paypal account, but due to my country I can only spend without receiving funds. - i have my brother that live in europe, so he open another account for me from his location, ( Ip ) and if i have something to buy i will ask him to buy for me, and i don't acces to the account from my ip adress. - I have a (tnx) account and i can't receive my funds (tnx don't deal with moneybookers anymore), so i will not need to receive money in my bank account, i only need some money on internet to buy only more domains (i buyed my others domians with moneybookers) because i found myself have to deal only with web hosting that accept moneybookers. I don't have always money at moneybookers, neither on my payoneer GAF Prepaid Card, the only issues is receiving funds on paypal to buy more domains. So, Can i receive funds and spend them immediatly ??? (don't need windthraw or wire). Thank you all.
