Ok so heres what happened. I used a VCC to activate sendings of 2000$ for my PP account and used to make virtual good transactions. I sold someone a game account for X ammount of dollars and to prevent them recalling it back I Sent it to my main PP account and closed the account with the VCC. That person disputed and PP traced it back to my main account and are making me refund the costs of what he sent to my secondary account. Would this be avoided if that account that sent me the money was kept open? How do I protect myself against this?
