Paypal and VCC

I would like to know wat is Virtual credit cards. Well.. i would like to how i can verify paypal with VCC. Am i able to withdraw and add funds to paypal with VCC?? Am i able to add debit cards to VCC? where will i get these vcc?
i hope someone will give me a brief explanation about wat i asked..

well, you can verify any paypal account worldwide with vcc. You will not be able to add or withdraw funds with these card because they can be used only 1 time. PM me if you have more questions.

Am i able to add debit cards to VCC? I am not sure what you mean but just try to ask the VCC provider about that. But I am sure you can withdraw your money tru withdraw to my back account

where will i get these vcc? Just try to search in Google their are many websites providing VCC. Note Beware of Scam.

 

I heard about these but had trouble finding information about it.

 

VCC are risky to use and your paypal will be limited if you verify with VCC. You will fail to submit scanned copies of cc transiction if asked by paypal.
You can add funds in your vcc but you can't withdraw funds to your vcc.
Try instead payoneer.com debit card.
For VCC : Entropay.com is good.
But again remember by using VCC you will taking huge risk.
