PayPal and uploading documentation failure

Paypal has limited my account. They want me to do two things in their Resolution Center:

1 - Add a credit card and enter my expanced use number
2- upload a photo ID and proof of address

The first I have done succesfully, although it's in review for the second time now for some reason.

The second I have done also, however it still shows me the "Resolve" button and tells me this: "Waiting for your response." Meaning the system doesn't recognize my documents for some reason, although I've uploaded them several times now and know that this can't be problem.

I found a few other people who have the same problem but no way to resolve it. Has anyone else had this problem or any ideas on how to resolve this ?

    Thanks.

Maybe you could fax or mail that to them.

I really hate it when I ask for help and then everything works out. Just logged in to PayPal and got a "Your account has been fully restored" message. So it's all good. I read horror stories about PayPal in the last few days and got really nervous for a while here. But all is well this time around.

so did you fax the documents to Paypal or just use the upload method? Because my PayPal is limited too. I uploaded the documents yesterday and I wonder how long will it take to restore my PayPal account. :)

yep, that is normal actually with Paypal.. it will still show the resolve button even though you have uploaded..

You can basically check whether it has been uploaded by looking at the Sent Box below under the resolve button..

been thre, done that, got the shirt, thrown it away ;)

I'd probably be able to withdraw if non-us bank accounts would be accepted. As for cards, it says there's some problem and I should ask my bank about it. Screw it, signed up at Moneybookers and I'll use them if I want to withdraw.

Didn't fax anything, didn't go through for some reason. The "Resolve" button was always there for the uploaded things and at one point the account was just working again. While I'm glad everything worked out, the experience was confusing.

Took 5-6 days for them to open it.

If they don't recognize, I'd say upload again. If this still persists, fax them as this is the only left option.

gdibusiness, I remember you saying you're from the Philippines (correct me if I'm wrong). wasn't the receiving feature only enabled in the Philippines last month? May I know why your account was limited? Just wanted to know every possible scenario so I can avoid doing anything which might limit my account.
