Hi there, I got a question about Paypal. I am gonna open a new PTC/Bux site whose the payment processor will be Paypal. Is it legal? I have heard, that Paypal does not allow transactions for bux purpses. Anyone knows how I could make that Paypal let me do that? Thanks. :)

Even I heard that they've banned ptc's but I searched the paypal FAQ or terms of service and found no argument, so no one knows for sure.

Friend of mine told me that Paypal does not allow to do that. He told me that I would need to get a permission from Paypal jsut like CrewBux, NeoBux did.

so, what you are trying to say is that I have to make sure that it would be only my job? That means, I would give all myself to this business? And how ould paypal call me? Would write e-mail, ask my age, ask for passport, etc ...? Thanks for all these answers. :)

He means you must contact paypal to get permission. Once you get permission, that is the only business you can run through paypal. Yes, you will have to get your account verified.

nah, it's already verified, plus, waiting for a letter to verify my address so I will be fully verified. Perhaps, those people who verify themselves are more trusted by paypal?

I think I have read before that all PTC sites have been banned from using paypal. Although they might have changed there rules but I think it is much better to call paypal and asked them if they would allow it.
