    maybe it's not a very good one but i worked for a long time with BIDVERTISER. Url is bidvertiser.com. Their minimum payment amount is 10$. They support text based ads not banner.

    im actually a member there and tried adding paypal funds and it was $70 :confused:

    I've read alot of bad reviews about bidvertiser. Such as, how they'll close your account due to a "violation" days before payout.
