    Hello Guys

Im a very beginner and trying to understand buying and selling domains and the affiliate marketing basics.

I have very silly questions which I think members here can answer well.

    1. If I get it right, just to receive money or send money we use PayPal account as wire transfer might be costlier. Am I correct ?
    2. How easy is it setup a PayPal account ?
    3. I have a bank account but I don't have a credit card. Can I open a PayPal account ?
    4. Is payments transfer and operations using PayPal a secure option ?

    Thanks all

    1. PayPal does not charge money to send money only to receive. Receiver is charged about 4%+0.30 USD. For amount about 400 USD and more Paypal gets more expensive than bank wire/transfer.

    2. It is not that difficult to open a PayPal account. Almost anyone can open a PayPal bank account.

    3. PayPal policy of linking a bank account varies from country to country. US and some European countries and may be Asian countries can link their bank account to PayPal.

    4. PayPal is as secure as the current online payment processing and money transfer system. They give you also
protections in the event any fraudulent activity takes place in your account.

Your questions were pretty much answered above. However, when you're dealing with digital items such as domains, you need to find other ways to protect yourself from fraud. It is really easy to get ripped off and lose the money you collected and the domain you just sold to a scamming buyer.

Personally, I don't think paypal is a suitable means of transferring valuable digital items. You would be much safer using an escrow system even if the cost for the transaction is higher.

I think digitalpointdevine has already answered your queries but you may need to look in to deep what jestep has mentioned.

PayPal is not very easy to use. There are complications from time to time and before you do anything, you must fully understand its working and functionality.
