PayPal and Pan Number

    Do you think that Paypal will restrict access to the account who haven't updated their PAN Number?

    No action of PayPal till now. If it is really mandatory then everybody will think of it.

    If RBI tightens the screw a bit more on Paypal on its strict implementation, then I guess Paypal would make it mandatory!

    well at the moment you need to enter it, not mandatory though but indain government just wants to steal taxes for smaller freelancers then you never know because big richer business houses still have ways around tax as they dont use paypal :)
