Have you withdraw money without pan card? How much you can withdraw without pan card? Any limit?

Pan Card is optional as of now so you can withdraw without Pan Card as usual.

Any reason why you feel not to provide them your PAN number?
Of course... it is not mandatory as of now, but I guess sometime in near future, when RBI would request PAN details with each transaction, they would be forced to make it compulsory! :(

Yes, If your account gets limited or closed, you would never be able to open another one.
