Paypal and Name on Account

    I have given below setting in my paypal :

    Welcome, Uplink Communications
    Business Name: Uplink Communications
    Account holder since 2005
    Account type: Business
    Status: Verified (6)
    Merchant Name: Uplink Communications
    Business Name:Uplink Communications
    Business Contact Name:Uplink Communications
    Bank account holder's name: Tech Turtle

    Now to change Bank account holder's name ( Name of the person is Mr ABC ) , I need to send them Fax with my current and latest Bank Account Statement copy. CORRECT ?


    Now, I want that on customer statement, it shld display Paypal# Tech Turtle.

    Possible and if yes, How to do that ?

    Business Contact Name and Bank account holder's name : BOTH ARE DIFFERENT or SAME ?

    Paypal shows :

    Bank account holder's name: Tech Turtle
    Bank name: HDFC Bank Limited
    Account Type: Checking
    Bank account number: xxxxxx7227

    But HDFC has Bank account number:xxxxxx7227 with name on account as Uplink Communications.

    Does it mean MY WITHDRAW WILL FAIL ?

    +1-402-537-5750 is the fax number of Paypal ?

    Any form to fill up to change name on account ?
