If from same IP, one business account got limited , and if someone else having another business account, is it safe to use that 2nd business account from that ?

You have better delete your cookie first if you want to use 2 accounts.

yea i think as per paypal rules you can make different paypal accounts ( With different names,BUT same address ) like if you created one paypal account under your name then your bro/sis can also open with there own name but same address

same thing applied to business accounts also.

    Thanks

PayPal use a fraud prevention and detection system witch trace your pc even if you change your ip address and clear your browsers cookies!
In fact, doing that will reduce the risk of being blocked but the system will note and log your actions and this is realy possible. For example if
you visit my website http://www.smscut.com your computer will send a dns request to your ISP dns server to get the website ip address,
your isp dns server will than contact my dns server to resolve smscut.com and i can log this request, you endup on my website so i log your browser
user agent, your isp dns ip and other useful information. Now lets say you have changed your ip by rebooting your adsl routor or whatever and you have
cleared your cookies. when you revisit my website, i can still get the some ISP dns server and your browser agent name, there is then a big chance you
are the some visitor :D if i can do that, how about paypal:eek:

Paypal does not differentiate its accounts with IP address, rather it relies on only the individuality of the person.

Hence, if the personal information has been suitably differentiated, there would not be any problem even if the IP address is the same. After all, it is perfectly alright for two members of the same family using the same computer and net connection to access their own respective paypal accounts.

For me, it will not create a problem for you but make sure the account details are different for both the business account since your business account is already limited.

NO and RightMan above is wrong with this. They do track IP's. If you have 2 totally DIFFERENT accounts and 1 is limited. Whatever IP you are using for that one, and you attempt to login into a totally different account with the same IP while one is limited, then yes you risk the other one getting limited as well. This has happened to me about a year ago, and PayPal confirmed my account was limited because of this reason and they knew because of my IP. Do not risk this.

Right man also states that family members have access to their own paypal and their shouldn't be any issue. This is what you would most commonly think but its far from the truth. PayPal is sneaky on how they trace you and they don't care and won't even hear that excuse. Like I stated above, it was with my fiance's account. Mine was limited, she then just used hers like normal and then hers became limited out of nowhere. PayPal knows you can just use your spouses or roommates PayPal to avoid the limitation they put on yours. Only around it, is to use a completely different IP.

I"m just telling you from what happened with me. I know of a few others that this has happened to and also read many PayPal guides "after the fact" of stating its not something risking. If you want to risk it, go ahead but it did happen to me because of the IP issue. What if this or that doesn't really matter when your dealing with PayPal. They could care less really so just be smart about it. Go to another cyber cafe, or pick up off your neighbors wireless signal then you'll be good.
