is there anything that can plug into excell to show me the total from paypal. Say I download 1 month of all activity. Well when I open excell for that month that I exported from paypal it don't show me the total of the net and etc I have add them up manually. Like something I can plug into excell that will show the totals from net, gross, payment sent, and etc? Maybe even have the rows higlighted?

i think you are not well aware of the usage of excel. in excel you can insert formulae to calculate total of any number of mentioned amount. just use =sum(c2,c8) in the cell and it will display the total. remember to change c2 and c8 with the cells of yours

Yes that what I'm doing, but didn't know if there something to make this more simplified. For some reason right now when i read paypals net its saying last month was at -255.06. In the net column its showing transaction I sent, received, with draws to my bank accounts, and etc.

So the net is showing everything, is this right?

I'm trying to figure out my profits after payments sent and etc?

I think I see whats going on with my net. Paypal is accounting my withdraws to my bank account, so my net is all twisted around. I should probably wait until the end of the money to transfer my profits in my bank account.

Will a product such as "Turbo Transactions Manager" help you? It lets you upload PayPal's history and generates custom reports?

Caveat: I own the Resell Rights to this product. However, I have to admit that I have not used it yet as the ecommerce software that I use is already providing me with the info I need.

Drop me a PM if you would like a trial copy.
