We send email to our customer with the customised Link of paypal using which they can pay. How to mention abt terms and condition to avoid legal issues ? Can attach terms and conditions in email ?
I never send any TaC (Terms and Conditions) to my clients! Why complicate things... they are sufficiently complicated! This is just my own opinion. You can send an attachment of your bill (in MS Word, or any other way), and include your TaC on that attached bill/invoice/receipt. The email body can only give your client the reference and summary of what is attached. Hope this helps!
