PayPal and Egold Question..

Hello guys,

I was wondering where exactly in PP Terms of Service it says that is against their rules to sell or buy Egold through PayPal.. Because i hear this a long time now but i never found any proof on this?

mann3r is indeed spot on, although strictly speaking e-gold is a private currency not a payment processor.

And while I'm not exactly a PP fan, here I agree with them. Exchanging money from a service that allows chargebacks to one that doesn't will put you on the short track of getting scammed. This clause is inserted for this very reason.

Ecurrrency exchange business is not accepted by paypal

 

well you can do your eCurrency exchange and while sending/receiving paypal payments, make sure to select SERVICE and write any thing other than 'thanks for currency exchange'

now. chargeback can still happen as paypalsucks for their chargeback policy.
