Paypal and Currency Exchange

Ive been using paypal for a while to exchange currencies in order to benefit from the rising dollar of certain nations, but their so limited to the countries i can choose from. is their away I can purchase the turkey lira for example or the Saudi Arabia - Riyals, if not can somebody direct me to a forex exchange tool that lets me exchange currencies by using nothing but my paypal balance.

Even if you can, I doubt if you can earn money with paypal , bcoz the paypal commission is so high . It would take up all of your earning from forex exchange.
