    its advised to stay away from Trademark names

    can ICANN delete the domain if original holder files a compliant

    TM names you can get banned from here for this, and in legal trouble with paypal and alert pay.

    What paypal and alert pay WILL do if they catch wind of this they will file a UDRP to get those names. And then you will hand them over to them and they will say Thank You for paying our Registration fees.

    And you will be out of the money as they do not have to pay or reimburse you. Because PayPal is a Trade Mark along with Alert Pay
