Paypal and Address : URGENT

    When my customer is trying to type credit card info and address in paypal link, paypal rejects the address and says Pl enter CORRECT COMBINATION OF CITY, STATE AND ZIP.

    He is trying to enter below detail :

    Chalk Hill PA 15421-0015

    I validated the address at http://www.qas.co.uk/contact/main/contact-form.htm and it says its CORRECT.

    Why paypal NOT taking this zip code ?

    Most sites do not accept the numbers after the hyphen so the Zip Code is 15421 only. I am not too sure about Paypal but you might have your customer try that.

    Perhaps if your customer can sign up for a PayPal account, link the credit card to the Paypal and use the PayPal to send you the funds, the credit card will go through?

    I hope he DIDN'T forget to SELECT UNITED STATES as COUNTRY as by default it shows UNITED KINGDOM I guess.

    Though he did enter 15421 without any hyphen.

    He is NOT very computer savvy.

    I think he has to enter only the first 5 numbers (15421) not the interval (15421-0015).
