Today just went for 1 hour walk... When I came back I opened my mail box and got 13 emails from PayPal: You have successfully cancelled your subscription.... You have successfully cancelled your subscription.... You have successfully cancelled your subscription.... You have successfully cancelled your subscription.... etc. But I didn't cancel any subscription I put a lot efforts to find good advertisment offers and PayPal just canceled it all in my name - all in one time without any reason !!! I have enough funds to pay 10 times more. Most of subscriptions I will not renew at same prices... Some are not available anymore... What should I do now? Whom should I kill?
Yep I used contact form, described all and demand explenation. I don't understand it: 'who was ma on you and made fun on you' How it's possible? Someone from PayPal service? I don't think so... Also I don't suspect someone could rip my password. All cancelation came at the same second - not possoble to be made by human...
Did you check your paypal account and are they really cancelled ? There are lots of spam emails these days gaining people's attention with such stupid methods like "your payment has been accepted"
Yes I checked it. All is cancelled They even cancelled payment subsxriptions to 3 hosting services. I changed my pass in case ... But I see it was all automat. I suspect one more thing. I recieved also email that my credit card was removed from account I checked it - it's not removed. This is valid VISA card up to 01-01-2009, once accepted by PayPal. Really don't have idea if there's some kind of relation with subscription cancellation. I have much more subscriptions an most was not cancelled. Really crazy situation.
My bank account was removed from my paypal account. Turn out it was hacked. Good job you changed your password.
Paypal sucks Online form! just forget about it, only chance you have is pick the phone and try to speak with customer support. Keep us informed.
Agreed with Ask! PayPal sucks big time. Trying calling their customer service, just don't rely on the contact form. Most likely it will go un-noticed. Keep un updated mate!
Till the day you get your account blocked for 6 months because you received a payment for a laptop from a Russian guy that was involved on gambling online. And you starve because you can’t receive money.
You should probably read this news about neteller founder's court and you will understand why they are really scared of online gambling. I really like paypal as it saved me a lot dealing with scammers.
I have not had any trouble with Paypal and neither has anyone I know doing legimate business via Paypal. I know one person who had their account limited but a quick call to Paypal and it was straightened out pretty fast. It was an understable situation a company doing many small transactions through paypal nearing 6 figures a month total and receiving close to 50 disputes a month. A quick call and a little explanation of services and Paypal had no problem continueing business with them. As for the question at hand usually this happens when you have no backup funding source (bank or credit card). When you have no backup funding source besides Paypal funds you are now essentially operating with an unverified Paypal account.
Wow, that's really messed up. Paypal seems like such a pain in the ass. I haven't had any problems with them yet though.
PayPal has had some pretty bad stories written about them. It seems to be as if some people's experiences are worse than others, and as I use PayPal for business most of the time I've had no problems with them as such. PayPal sometimes does these things if they find out something isn't right - for example, fraud. As they're not a bank but they're monitored by the FSA (at least, in England) they have strict guidelines to adhere to as they're controlling where a hell of a lot of money is moving at one time. I once received £40 from a guy in Asia who I never knew. I declined the money and then contacted PayPal - they told me it was a good thing to do since he was a fraud and I would have been in trouble if I accepted it. Got any info about these advertising companies?
