Payza (Alertpay) and Skrill (Moneybookers) seem to be the most popular ones.

Picking a payment processor depends on your needs and industry. If you are looking for payment processing options for high risk industries you should check out GRAYPAY. They provide their own private gateway providing more efficient service.

Check them out at www.graypay.com or give them a call at 818-387-6735

Think of what you will be loosing if you are not accepting paypal.

Most of the others sum-up wont give the number of paypal users.

I don't think there is any complete alternative for PayPal. Now a days PayPal is one which is accepted every where other payment processors are not that much popular.
If you are living in a country where PayPal is not supported then you should go for Payoneer MasterCard and link your Payoneer Card to your PayPal and withdraw funds to your Card and use it to withdraw cash at your nearest ATM in any country! :)

    1) I only use Moneybookers (Skrill) - isn't available in US
    2) It can be used with CC with their merchant account
    3) I'm not sure about the last question

Those are alternatives that are used the most for selling products online. You've got to do your own research and see if it fits your needs (check out fees etc).

I don't know the rest of the answers.
