Atm there is not much of an alternative to PayPal.Better to use it now.Later on people will start using alternatives
No other alternative. Even if something else comes up, they will impose the same rules. I would suggest people to go and get a credit card some how and then the things will be smooth for you.
You are quite right, these all are alternatives, i want to add Plimus.com I am using them to receive PayPal payments, its totally fine, i am satisfied with them for 8 months or so. Hope it will help someone. Kind Regards !
The Indians can use alternatives like Moneybookers and Alertpay which are good in comparision to Paypal
This is a good point 'doing transaction through credit card', but till now RBI rule hasn't been affected any paypal alternatives. So my point is that if you can't get a credit card you can do the transaction through paypal alternatives also......
No... Till now I think its applicable to only paypal and one or two other sites... Anyway MoneyBookers is not included in that
RBI will apply these rules to any Payment Gateway who is more famous and at top of all so that they can earn money from taxes
If its true, i.e, RBI rule will be applicable to every Payment Gateways who comes at top(sorry I haven't heard about this), it will be a blow for on-line marketing. I think this rule, won't be just for taxes, but for security reasons too. In this case, its better to do transaction through credit card, master card or debit card which will be safe and smooth...
Paisapay, Moneygram,Google checkout, 2checkout,DirectPay,ABCpayments , XOOM etc are the other alternative comes next to Paypal. For more details please visit paypal alternatives in India.
So in these alternatives which all account can be linked to Master card or credit card other than money brookers
Google Checkout is currently available to only US and UK merchants, you have to wait for few years to make the transaction through GC.
You can open a swissquote.ch bank account online from India. Open a trading account. All you have to do is send them a certified passport copy and a 3mos bank statement. Then use it for PayPal. Or better yet, sign up with Adyen.com or some other Global merchant account. You get a debit card. Withdraw in cash DO NOT email them asking 'Can I use this for Paypal?' or anything. You're supposed to use it for trading, you'll be denied if asking a ton of questions. Just open the account and link it to whatever you want
i think google checkout does not work in India.. Can some one pls shed some thoughts. If it works in india, its the safest way to go i think
