PayPal Alternatived ( for Indians) And a Question Regarding Indian PayPal.

    Hello All ,

    I have a Normal Premier Account in PayPAl.
    Its Verified. With Bank Account Attached.
    This has Zero Balance as Paypal Transferred all its Money to my HDFC Bank Account.

    I wish to know, that if i get a small smount say $50 ( Via PayPal Transfer ), can i spend it on the same day to make purchases online ( Can i Spend it or NOT ) ? say a few hours after receiving the money ?

    As far as i know Indian Paypal Users get their Money Transferred in 7 days , in their Bank Accounts.
    Can They use the Balance money WITHIN THIS 7 DAY PERIOD ? ( for buying domains or say.. Transfer to some other party.. ? )

    Thanks.

    PS : What are Alternatives to PayPal ( for Indian users ) if i wanna recieve and send money and Hold USD in Balance ?

    If you receive eg. 50 bucks you can spend it online via PayPal on the same day. BUT if you wanna spend money from your bank account you have to wait few days (my indian friends get their funds within 4 working days to their bank account).

    PayPal is the #1 online purchase gateway (in the virtual money market) so I suggest to do not use any other similar gateway.

    However if you got a very targeted niche you can try: Moneybookers, Okpay, 2CO

    You are wrong. Indians can't use their PayPal balance and it's automatically withdrawn to your bank account. You need to use credit card to make purchases online.

    You can use the balance only to refund disputes or other refunds only.

    Edit:
    You can use EntroPay.com to send money. You cannot HOLD any funds.
