PayPal Alternative for Specific Features

I'm looking for an online payment solution to replace PayPal, but I'd like to find one with some of the same features including...

• Ability to store money there - not transfer to bank account.
• Instant availability of funds via a debit card (like PayPal Debit Mastercard).
• Invoicing (not the end of the world if I can't get this... can always create invoices myself).

If there's a forum more tailored to this type of question, I'm open to suggestions but this is the closest thing I could find.

You should definitely try Payoneer. They even offer free money for new users. Their service is totally reliable and the company is based in the United States.
