hi. whas the alternative for buying on ebay? a lot of friends i know have limited acounts od paypal so they cant sell/buy on ebay. please help me
You can always use your credit card (goes through PP) if you're looking to buy something on eBay. Other than that, you would need to create a new account with new information. Either have a family member create a pp account, or create a corp w/ p.o. box and create a new pp account that way.
