guys... Paypal Allows Indian Customers to Verify With Bank Account. Is this the reason???? because numbers of guys have verified them. Some may be terrorist because few months ago Paypal banned one of my friends due to safety reasons. what do you think?
NEFT (National Electronic Fund transfer) changed their policies to accept or send money to and fro INDIA. This is the main reason why paypal is doing reversal payment.
That should have affected "Bank withdrawals" only.. I didn't do a bank withdrawal in last 20 days, and still I'm being hit by payment reversals.. And, the NEFT policies change will be applicable from 1st March (as on RBI website), so that's not the issue, possibly..
A terrorist could have easily verified his Paypal account by using a VCC, instead of making a bank account and using it.. Bank account will be more hassle..
yeah thats right. why terrorist will create bank account by showing their physical response in banks they may prefer vcc i think

Kittyluver, what is the connection between paypal - paypal reversals and NEFT??? NEFT comes to act only when we withdraw money to bank accounts. So far other than the delay no reversals are reported. Then why did you say about NEFT connection with reversals.? eh?
A Big Lol on this, If terrorist starts using PayPal, after facing so much troubles on withdraw, they will directly attack PayPal's HeadOffice Come on, Terrorist has better way of communication and transferring funds.
Paypal is Verifying accounts via 2 Random amount deposits.........since most the users don't have a credit or debit card.......its good step........mine also verified via that method.......but they ask for a lot of documents even after that(bank statements/bill etc)
