Paypal again problem in india

    Hello guys,
    PayPal compulsorily credit card all Indian accounts:-

    I am Recive This msz form paypal:-

    Begin a limitation review

    Confirm your credit cardTo confirm you are the credit card owner, we'll charge a small amount to your credit card. After you confirm the amount, we'll credit your PayPal account for the amount charged. Waiting for your response Resolve
    Change passwordPlease change your PayPal password. Waiting for your response Resolve
    Update security questionsUpdate the information that we use to confirm you're the account holder. Waiting for your response Resolve.

    this is limiting your account issue and you need to attach a cc to resolve the problem

    Yes, it would do but if in future they limit you and ask for cc statement then you won't be able to provide since you will be using VCC.

    means its best for me if i dont use a VCC Right ?

    As i want a permanent solution

    any link or post where there is a rock solid solution of this problem ?

    I dont think its a problem who dont have their account limited, so there is nothing chanegd in policy
