Just wanted to ask here if we are allowed to use paypal to accept payments in our directories for adult sites. I was reading paypal policy and they only mention that it is against their terms to sell digital goods related to adult, porn etc...

    So anyone ?

The best thing would be to contact them and ask them. I spoke once with a representative and was told that if a hosting compnay utilized paypal and one of their customers was an adult hosting company, they did not want that adult hosting company to pay Paypal.

To verify this, I called Paypal three times and received the same answer. I would not do it because who is to say that you are not using paypal for something against their TOS. Not that you would not anything against their TOS of course but I would not want to jeopardize the account

Nope. Adult sites and gambling isn't allowed. You're account will be at risk. Paypal sent newsletters about this one last month I think. (I received one)Try to search for similar threads here in DP for the complete details and discussion about that. ;)
