[PAYPAL] Adding a credit card in the Uk takes 2 days?

I just bought a VCC because my PayPal account although verified was limited to due to something I have no clue about? Unauthorized bank account withdrawals.. Or something.. Although I did not use my bank account it's a new paypal..


I added a VCC and the person I got the VCC off said it takes 2 days for the Expuse code you need to enter on Paypal gets generated?

Should I buy a new VCC or wait? Does it really take 2 days?

 

I tried to edit it.. But I couldn't..?

Tried to change the title to "Paypal Question, Please Help"!

You need to wait for the Expuse Number - The person that sold to you the VCC need to provide it.
