Paypal - add funds - Via Bill pay

I thought paypal disconnected use of billpay, but then I saw on when i clicked on add funds on my account

3 options now

add bank
bill payment
money pak

I did bill payment only took 1 business day to transfer my money i was happy.

Then later it disappeared for that option anyone know what happened?

 

Not a clue, it seems they just added this option. I will look into it as well.

 

has anyone seen this option on? btw my account was new and unverified and i saw that option on add funds.

 

It would worth mentioning about your country to further look into this issue.

 

i thought bill pay was only available for usa ?

I just joined this site specifically to reply to this post. I just experienced the same thing as you, and I talked to paypal not to long ago, also when searching up this option from the paypal website it claims to have discontinued this service back in 2003, so im afraid to say my friend that we are probably victims of a fraudulent website and our funds were transferred to someone elses bank account. trying to get more info and see if any others have suffered from teh same dilemma
