paypal active Subscriptions

    Hi;

    I was using a paypal Subscription for my hostgator account and i have cancelled my hostgator account and i have also cancel my paypal subs. on 14/03/2008.

    but paypal has sent money to hostgator on 17/03/2008 because of this.

    i have checked my avtive Subscription ( recurring payments)

    1. Click My Account.
    2. Click Profile at the top of the page.
    3. Click the Recurring Payments link in the Financial Information column.
    4. Click View Payment of the active payment you want to view.
    5. Click View Inactive Payments to view canceled payments.

    it shows nothink. but it's sending payments.:confused:

    any comments?:confused:

    had faced a similar problem last month, apparently had two subscriptions to hostgator, had to cancel both to stop the payments from going.

    Though will also check at home the email I had got from Hostgator on how to check if the subscriptions are still active or not?

    My Acoount->History->Show->drop down(SUbscription)->Check if active or inactive, if still active, hope you know that you need to contact hostgator for the cancellation.

    All you need to do is cancel through paypal - When you cancel go through account history, click on payments sent, then click on drop-down and hit the subscription link, find your active subsciption, hit details, go to the bottom of the page and hit cancel subscription (asks twice) afterward you will recieve an email telling you you subscription was cancelled.
