Paypal activation without cc

    hay guys can anyone tell me how can we activate our paypal account without credit card.
    If anyone know pls tell the suggestion.

    you can create account but it will be of no use , if you are an Indian user

    You must have a CC...Otherwise you should use VCC instead

    depend on which country you from, some country allow verify with debit card or bank account

    If you have a hdfc or icici bank account, make a vcc and get paypal verified. Then there will be no paypal issue.

    You should have CC in your account if you are from INDIA.

    There is no way you can activate without CC, just create it for free and use them with limited access.
