Paypal Ach rejection problem

I would like to know if anyone experiences this
I was trying to fund my scriptlance account via paypal.
Paypal did not spend from my balance but went and did an echeck I did not notice at the time. That bank account was empty( I have 2 account with said bank) because of the failed Ach attempt the bank took $30.00 Fee I am totally pissed paypal could have use my paypal balance .The bank account is still empty I don’t know what to do

1. I cannot fund the bank account fast enough,
2. I’m unsure of added another bank account with a different bank because it don’t have funds to cover the request if paypal decides to use that account.
3. I am unsure about removing the bank account in question with out adding other because I would become unverified and may get my account limited
4. Fund had a date to be cleared by 27th November
5. If I don’t remove the said account I’m unsure if paypal would try to make another request at the empty bank account causing me to be charged another $30.00

Or will paypal just decide to spend from the balance, which is able to cover the requested cost .I have no idea what to do. I just don’t want them trying at the bank again and I being charged another fee
Any ideas anyone

 

This is indeed strange. Paypal would normally use the existing balance first before using other means to fund the account. Of course, the exception would be that the current balance is placed on hold for one reason for other.

Is it possible to step into the bank and put the money in person at the bank ?

 

ok i called paypal seem like the balance could not cover it at the time i had send money to paypal but i showed cleared from the bank account but not on paypal till a day after. so that what happen
they said they would not try another ach
so i guess matter fix i'm just out of $30.00 ,,,,,,,

 

paypal send an email saying the would try an ach in 3days so i removed the bank account

 

When you sent the payment, it will show you what is being used as the source of funds...

 

i use a sort of third party paypal account .I did not do the transfer my self i think the person was careless and pick the wrong funding source. i am currently funding another bank account to addto paypal to complete the transfer clearing date is now set at Dec 8th

 

What do you mean by 'third party paypal account' ? Don't you have the account in your own name ?

 

ah well paypal went on and charge the empty bank account again b/f time to add the other . so that yet another $30.00 so pissed atthis point .The paypal account is a service offered .
so i have fund that account with enough to cover the minus $30.00 plus have the funds that paypal wants sick of this sshi,,,,,,
