    Anybody have paypal accounts? how can i create paypal accounts? what is the procedure, pls help me..

    go to paypal.com and click sign up after you have signed up you need to put a bank account with it if you want have a bigger sending limit

    you can create a free account at paypal.com though keep in mind, you can receive money in it, even without verifying, but you cannot send or withdraw that money without verifying paypal account, for that you need to have either is valid bank account or a credit card, so get money into it only once you verify it, otherwise you might not able to get that money out of paypal

    Alertpay and libertyreserver's support are appalling, their support lines are the worst. Atleast with paypal you launch a dispute and someone actually contacts you.

    Oh you mean the automatically generated email support? Or the incompetent phone support that does not help you at all? Or all the accounts getting limited for nothing and holding your funds hostage for 180 days?

    Hasn't happened to me, I have sent over $11000 with paypal and I have not had a single problem with limits or locking of my account. I have been dealing with paypal for over 2 years.

    I don't hope so. I got Limited acces with My paypal Account, and it really make me sad, my money is hold until 180 days. .

    Not Recommend Paypal anymore. They change policies very frequently and those policies are not in favor of users. Few years before it was good. Presently it is bad service. My own money stuck there. I can not withdraw or Send any more. They required PAN no and Credit card which is not affordable for Everyone.
