PayPal account

Hi,

In our country we can only send money, (no income, so i can't sell nothing, becuse most pepople use PayPal for paying). Is any possibility for me, that i can get money with PayPal (if somewhan pay me). Is possibility new account or something?)

You can get account from trusted person from the other country and start your business

 

ya u can get money in ur paypal account by using a credit card or a debit card

 

yes i can get, but just from credit cards (like you say), i want to get money form other PayPal users (this is my rpoblem)

 

but i can stil not understand what is the problem in getting it straight into ur account as this would reduce the risk of being scammed

 

look, in our country we can use PayPal only for Paying (we can upload fonts and paying) I looking for account that i could get money from other PayPal users (like... if i sell one page, the buyer now can't pay me with PayPal because this in our country is not support. (cant get money form other users)

May b u should ask ur friends or relatives from other countries to open an paypal account for u.

here r the list of all the send only countries. this is a bit unfair ridiculous cos lot of countries in the send only section are poor and lot of the people from those countries are trying to earn money, not spend.

 

If you are Send Only Countries then you cannot receive any money without breaking any Paypal terms.

The thing is that a majority of newly added countries are either on the quarantine list until they can ascertained that they are trustyworthy before upgrading them.

If a country is deemed as less than strict financial regulations or where there is a high level of frauds, money laundering, terrorism and the likes then it probably would remain a Send Only countries.

I am sure that when the country cleans up their act then they would inevitably be upgraded. I know there are honest people around in such countries but it is the few which spoils it for the rest.
