PayPal Account wanted

    I am not sure wether this is legal or not. If this is not pls donot start hitting me just let me know accordingly and this thread will be closed :)

    A client of mine is looking for an existing PayPal Account since he does not want to wait to get his own activated before he can start accepting Credit Cards.

    Also since he is starting a new website some existing verified points will add to his credibility.

    Let me know if anybody has one that he wants to sell.

    This doesn't seem like a good idea to me. Any account you buy will be unverified pretty quick when the previous owner removes the bank funding and card details.

    Someone here was offering to verify my paypal account using a virtual visa card for 15$. How safe is that? Can they later deverify my acount?

    you can buy virtual card/debit card to activate your paypal,it will cost you around $10-$30

    if u sell a pay pal account dont they have access to that persons credit card then?
