Now that paypal supports indian banks can we verify our paypal accounts by adding our bank accounts instead of adding the credit card.

Asking PayPal might be your best bet. It sounds reasonable to me but PayPal has the exact answer you need.

got a reply from paypal that even though they support Indian banks they still need a credit card to verify the accounts.

You can buy a VCC and verify your account. I did that. They sell from just $4 onwards.

I just want to know if I can make as many purchases as I want with a paypal account without verifying. I've heard there are SENDING limits, but are there SPENDING limits?? Basically what I want to do is use a moneypak to add funds and then spend those funds without having to verify my account. Will I be able to do that?
