In India they don't deposit small amounts. I called my bank they said they only have 10 digit number and there was no paypal associated with it. I guess i have to wait and then i will update here. Thanks Thiag
Normally the refund is to your paypal account itself after verification, without the code the money cannot be refunded. Go to your branch and ask them for the POS transaction details, if they are able to give it to you then you will have the code you are looking for...

This is what i received when i asked this question "I linked my debit card this morning and i was charged twice 89.90 rupees and 46.11 rupess which is 2.93$. The small fee should be 1.95$. I checked the online statement and i just got this "POS PRCH" no "xxxxpaypal". Its a DEBIT card issued by indian bank. I went to the bank and asked about the transaction they said they have only ## digit number and there was no paypal associated with any number!. What if i never get the confirmation code? How will i get the refund? Or where can i get the code?"
I used my debit visa card for paypal verification (bank in Poland). After the charge I hadn't this number on online statement and in my bank they were saying they don't have such number. But it have showed on my online statment in next 3-4 days.
Lol, sorry I just read this and laughed People can be quite funny. I am from Canada so I cant add my debit. Sucks kind of jealous, I was just about to purchase some expensive paypal mastercard with paypal email from the states.
You can find it in your bank statement that will be mail to your address. You can also call your credit card company and ask them for the numbers. If you have online banking, you can login and check for the four digit paypal numbers which usually appear after four days.
as per the reply , they didnt got any negative thought upon reading INDIA debit card , so u might get the code , in few days , otherwise w8 for ur postal CC statement.
