Paypal Account Verification Information Required - Indian

    Hello,

    I'm from India. I have a verified Paypal account from past 4 years or so and at that time it was verified using VCC.

    Now...

    My younger brother wants to open a Paypal account can anyone tell me method to verify it. Can we verify it using debit card or bank account? Is there any other way to do it?

    Please give details.

    PayPal now allows Indians to verify the account via Bank Account. If you have access to net banking access to you bank statement you can have it verified within a few minutes.

    Why do you come to a board asking this question. It's clearly outlined and written in Paypal FAQ how to verify, are you not able to read or you're just lazy?

    Well now days getting your PayPal account verified is very easy..use your bank account to verify it if you don't have CC or else using CC is the easiest method to get it verified.

    Don't use VCC's unless they can pass the AVS filter. If not they are pointless. What you can do is get a bank account and work around that way.

    There is no need for people to use a VCC as verification through bank account is fairly easy and possible... for everybody! For people not having even a bank account... I wonder what purpose does having a paypal account serve? :confused:

    Paypal is allowing Indians to verify through Bank account. It is very good option to Indians.

    Only use Credit card or bank a/c to verify , never use VCCs , they r useless , when ur a/c gets limited , then the real problem starts

    The bank account verification is really great feature. It has helped many Indians who generally do not have a Credit Card. Its also quick and simple. Great going PayPal
