Paypal Account Verfication

    Hi,

    I don't have credit card to verify account but i have virtual one time usable card

    But When i enter the detail that time itself i suppose paypal verfy that card, so when it ask me click button to charge $2 Dollar it say it cann't charge money in that card

    Any help

    maybe there's no money in the vcc

    Or else you need to ask this to your vcc provider.

    Well ask your VCC Vendor because he may not load any funds with this VCC Card.
    If you are in India than you can generate VCC from HDFC NetSafe.:)

    I use HDFc only the VCC Have money, i newly create one vcc every time use it and without money vcc cannot be created.

    Bit confused, Any one already used vcc and suceed pls guide me

    You are using Mastercard .... which is not usable by Paypal they accept only Visa..

    Go ahead and get a Gold Visa card and then verify.. It will be verified
