If paypal says they have restored it - they will restore (dunno about the time lag). But the best way would be to call them up and ask whats happening ;)

It might just need to be batched. Being the weekend and a holiday weekend in the United States, it might take until Tuesday for your account to reflect properly.

Unless Paypal mentions about delays in the restoration process, I assume that "Our review is complete and we have restored your account." announced an immediate account release. Maybe you should check their FAQs for that if calling them is not an option here :)

This is probably a phishing attempt. View the source of the message to see where the "login" link really takes you. Regardless paypal sucks.

Like I have already told you via MSN, only general information will be provided to me or anyone calling Paypal. If you wish to get details on your account, Paypal would want to talk to the account owner... Best is to just get a few beers in, and you won't care talking to them for the moment if you hate their voice :)

Give them an email and tell them what is the status of your account. Tell all the information they need and wait for their reply. Patience is a virute. ;)

Sounds like they cleared one limitation and their system flipped you into limited mode again.

I'm becoming more convinced that Paypal manages cash flow through account limitations and reversals.

Why the hell don't you email or call PayPal?

Why on earth do you think a PayPal representative would have any interest whatsoever in following you over to DigitalPoint to answer your questions?

    Honestly... some people's children...
