Finally I have got my pay pal 4 digit number and verified my account. But some problem are there I had requested two times for my 4 digit account and 1 times by mistake so my account has been reduced 3 times $1.95. Can I get all my money now or only $1.95 in refund?
Normally, a person would request for one set of Exp Use No only so I am not sure if we would know the answer. I would think the best option would be to contact paypal and explain to them the circumstances and see what they can do for you.
Of course, the email address you use to sign up / login to paypal would be your Paypal ID. You can add another 7 email addresses to that same account.
Today I have receive money it was unique for me because before it my money was automatically completed in my PP account. But today there was a massage accept or deny. What was that and what is the deference between both?

Not remember very well but you will get refund (expanded user enrollment fee) after your first transaction (sending or receiving). Have you done any transaction like sending money to someone else after enrollment for expanded user programme DON.
