My Paypal account and Bank account is registered in the name of AFNAAN AK. But the name on my PAN card is AFNAAN. Can I successfully withdraw funds to my above mentioned Bank account?

I don't really know what your asking, but i don't think the name on the card really matters when withdrawing from paypal.I use a Visa debit to withdraw from my paypal and it doesen't even has a name on it.Also my paypal account is on my moms name and i also withdraw to my US bank account witch is on my name(totally diffrent).I don't think it should be a problem. They will need to confirm your the real owner of the card i guess by charging you $1.50 and thats it.Hops this clears you up a bit.Cheers!
