Submit all the documents they have asked for in the Resolution Center of your PayPal account And then call them to resolve the limitations. - Digital -
dont worry it will got normal... submitt all the requirements to resolution center....if u have nt done any thing wrong then why are u afraid...produce the documents... u might have made transactions between two acounts from same ip with different paypal country adresses...or some kind of same activity.
Checked the resolution page if what they want you to do and if they require you to submit some documents then have it fax in their office or probably you can call them too and asked about your problem....
i have a friend also facing this problem. However, it took them 3 months till they unlock his account.
Paypal Rep are genreally help full if u submit Documents. Other wise waiting for 180 days is only option
to tell you the truth, i use paypal only for payment, never to receive money: paypalsucks.com they locked my account too bc someone scammed me on ebay. i had to contact the attorney general of two states to finally get my money back...
Paypal is a hazard in my opinion. Either way as mentioned you will need to contact Paypal to get your issue resolved.
if you are working from a wireless internet access somebody may have gotten on your internet account and accessed their paypal. If mulitple accounts are accessed on the same ip it raises a red flag on your account. It is best to call them and talk to a manager if you can, the phone reps really suck. A manager can work with you and get you back in the game same day. I have had this happen a few years ago, said thing was it happended twice even thought they already had my info.
there are 2 choice for you : - Calling to paypal support then ask them - Register new account then verify it
yea sometimes paypal are like that, just try to send them the documents and email them, maybe ull get unlocked fast :S
