    I think the best way is to go over and read paypals terms of service.

    Actually I read over their terms of service.

    Here they are

    You may not use PayPal to send or receive payments for any form of gambling activities, including but not limited to payment for wagers, gambling debts or gambling winnings, whether conducted online, in person or through any other means of communication. Gambling includes placing, accepting, recording, or registering bets, or otherwise carrying on a game of chance for money, property, or other thing of value. This prohibition includes all gambling operations, even if and where such activities do not constitute unlawful conduct.

    Prohibited gambling activities include, but are not limited to:
    # Baccarat
    # Blackjack
    # Craps
    ....

    ...
    ..
    .

    I don't know if listing a gambling related website will violate there tos.

    I mean ur not using it to make a wager or (pay or collect money) for a bet.

    You are collecting money to advertise a service.

    But again, I'm not really good with the fine print details.

    The best way is for someone to just email them.

    I have a website that sells gambling content. I don't have any gambling banners on the site for just this reason, nearly all of my business is PayPal subscription.. So I try to be VERY careful that PayPal does not get the idea that I'm promoting gambling sites.. I read once about a site getting their account locked, unlocked, and then locked again because he was using PayPal subscriptions for the sale of links on his gambling website.

    Paypal wouldn't do that, because they are making nice money out of this.

    The basic problem is where is the frontier? What you can do and not do, the problem speaking with paypal personal is useless and will probably get your account locked!

    Do you really believe this? They just don’t care they block it.

    No, it's merely a Paypal inforcement policies.

    I have read the policies a few months back and in nowhere where it's says that I could not sell links for adults or gambling sites or as some of you might called it "Review Fees" In technicality, Paypal can just point you to that part again and just make you understand it once again.

    Just to play it safe, I wont be adding anymore Gambling sites until I can find an alternative form of payment.

    go into your payment.tpl

    line #10 or the line that looks like this:

    <input type="hidden" name="item_name" value="Link to {$URL|trim} for {$PAYMENT.AMOUNT} To {$smarty.const.SITE_URL}">

    remove: Link to {$URL|trim}

    so no site shows. hopefully that can help
