    Hello all!
    I have a big problem.
I sold an item in Ebay, it cost 2600 USD + 90 USD shipping.
After the payment is arrived, paypal send an e-mail, that my account is limited. (2500 USD/year)
I can't withdraw money to my bank account, there might be more money.
    My question is:
If I ship the item, after receiving positive feedback, can I have access to the full amount then?
Until then, I do not dare ship the product, because I don't know, when my account is avaiabled.
I write e-mails for the support, but nothing answer :(
My account s verified premier account, I want to change it personality, I'm not a business seller!

When you log in to Paypal, does it say "Your account is limited, here's how you can unlimit it, blablabla..."? What are they asking for exactly?

But anyway, if it says it's limited, that means it's not just these funds that are frozen, but the whole account - if you ship the item, it will still be limited. You'll need to provide whatever information they request, contact them and tell them you're not shipping anything until the limit is removed.

Otherwise, they'll screw you over, you'll send the item and have your money frozen for half a year, after which you may transfer them to your bank account (but the Paypal account will remain limited)...

You can't go from Premier to personal, either - but going to Business gives you some benefits and few drawbacks...

They should most likely ask you for information such as ID and stuff. Just provide that. Otherwise yelling at paypal on phone support works aswell.
