Paypal account limited. Paypal service does not help or know why its limited

Hi my paypal recently got limited due to the 2,500 euro limit set by european anti money laundry laws and asked me to send in all my information.

I did this and sent everything they asked for and everything was accepted by paypal.
A few days after i received an email saying my paypal does not appeal to have its limitation removed due to me being a ''high risk seller''

I called paypal multiple times and asked them why my paypal account does not appeal.
They checked their computers and said they dont know why since i got 0 disputes , complains or open cases on either ebay or paypal and everything looks fine.
I got a 100% feedback on ebay aswel so thats all good.

While on the phone paypal told me to email appeal@paypal.com and ask them why they do not want to do further business with me and remove my limit on my account.
I sent them all the information , business information etc etc and offered them my full co-operation incase they need any other proof of identification or anything like that.

After sending multiple emails i still received no reply back.
I called paypal again and they said the same thing.
My account looks good yet i received an email that i do not appeal for the limit to be removed.
They told me they would send the department an email themselfs which goes about the limitations.

Today i received an email from paypal which shows the Exact same automatic response: appeal denied email from service@paypal.com which i received a week earlier aswel.

Does anyone have any idea what i can do to get this problem solved since paypal does not know why my account is being limited still , since the only reason it received a limit in the first place is because of the 2,500 euro limit received within 1 year which i couldnt do anything about except providing all the information i was asked for which i did and was accepted by paypal , and when i email appeal@paypal.com or paypal itself emails them i get either no response back or the same automatic appeal denied email with no valid reason as of why , nor any solutions so i can solve this.

Any help will be appreciated alot.
    Thanks
    Johnny

Well i called paypal again and they said that they think im a ''high risk seller'' but they can not give me any information as of why because its ''secret''

They simply froze my account with no information , nor is it possible for me to send in any additional information or anything like that because they just said your account wil not be appealed. Any further information or anything u send us wont change anything.

I knew paypal sucked , and that alot of people had trouble with them.
However i thought that as long as u stick to the rules and provide all the neccessary information they would atleast offer some kind of a service.

I read many times that peoples accounts got limited and they gave all the information and then had it removed again , but with me i have 0 disputes no complains and 100% feedback on ebay , only received a limit on my paypal because of ther own 2,500 euro receiving limit per year by european anti money laundry law , and now suddenly i dont appeal for paypal for no reason at all.
Or atleast they dont tell me the reasons , probably because there are non.

In other words as everyone agrees or will agree when they get screwed over. paypal sucks.

I've been PayPal customer for few years and year of thease with false identity. If I suggest people to not send original ID of yours etc. but always send counterfeit ID, proof of address etc.
Sometimes feedback of this issue is negative, sometimes positive but you'll see the case here why I suggest to do that.

This is an good example of PayPal dominating customers.
An legimate person who does everything correctly and like asked, just to lose all..
There is nothing to do for you here for now on. And remember, you can't open new account ever again with your real ID, just because PayPal itself screwed your account.. If you do, they'll link those two and limit that new one too..
Hopefully there was not a lot of money in your account..

yep, but think about this scenario.
Somebody opens two accounts, other with false ID. Then sends an invoice to his real ID account, pays it via cc, and then forces to his cc company to make an withdrawal.. But before this he has taken the money out of the false ID accounts and then lefts that account to a rest..

If this works, and I don't see why it wouldn't, somebody has doulbled their money and it's all ripped off from PayPal so obviously they need to limit accounts and hold funds like forever sometimes to get that hole fixed..

    But this is off-topic already..
