Hi, I was using a Canadian PayPal account using VPN (virtual private network). Yesterday, PayPal limits my account and asking me to submit: 1. Photo ID or 2. Address Proof or 3. Verification by adding a credit card Needed your Advise regarding the possible Solutions: 1. I have heard about something called AVS VCC, does any one have any idea about it? ........what I read is that I need to provide the address which I have submitted while making the PayPal account and they can verify it. 2. Simply ask my clients to post a dispute at PayPal and get their money back (and then request them to Pay in my real PayPal account) - Are you guys sure that my clients will get their money back. 3. Last option: Submitting PhotoShoped utility bill
Well vcc wont help you in this case, you probably need to add another Credit card or debit card in your account to verify this issue. I think it is probably because of the VPN. It will be a hassle if you log in your account on different IP's, be sure to avoid it next time.
As you are from India and you are using Canadian Paypal account so this is problem when Paypal limits your account. Also VCC are risky in the eyes of Paypal and as you have entered fake details,it would be tough to get limits lifted
Why you have created canadian paypal account when you are able to create indian account as you are from india ?? DON.
Because I needed to send certain amount of payment per month and I don't have a credit card, I have successfully send $2750 in 3 months with the Canadian PayPal and when I was about to touch my sending limit ($3000) my account was "limited" What do you think about this option? 2. Simply ask my clients to post a dispute at PayPal and get their money back (and then request them to Pay in my real PayPal account) - Are you guys sure that my clients will get their money back.
Yes, you can issue refund to your clients and then you can ask them to pay again to a different PayPal account.
