PayPal Account Limited (I Need Utility Bill) Will Pay $70 For Help!

Hi

I recently made a paypal account and verified it with my credit card, though i just received my first customers payment of $575 and my account has just been limited. PayPal just sent me an email asking me to send them a utility bill for proof, the problem is i still live at home with my parents. I'm not sure what to do. Will i need a fake utility bill made?

If theres anyone that can get my account back so i can send/withdraw funds again I'll pay you $70 from the $575 i just received.

Also i've seen threads of people selling these limited accounts if someone wants to do that, we can arrange that.

If Paypal did not insist that the utility bill must your contain your full name, then send them your parent's utility bill. This should be okay if you have the same surname. You may add a covering letter explaining this.

At present, you do not need to pm me your address.

 

Paypal always ask for utiliy bills for verification but ...LOL they never remove the limit they r bull shit.
They willl sent u an email that thewy have recieved ur documents but after 48 hours u will get wnother email saying.
We were unable to recieve ur documents plz send them again" hahahah

I have seen a person saying here in this forum that one can get his money back from a limited paypal account
and also u can get the money in ur bank after 180 days of limitation but thats only possible if paypal supports ur country.And u have a real credit card added to it.Thx

I also had the same problem with him in my moneybookers they are asking for 2 valid utility bill then I only have one. Can you guide me with this?

Just send them your parent's utility bills. When they say Utility bills, it does not necessary just mean that, if you have mobile phone bills or internet access bills which has your name on it, it would help.

In fact, if you have your credit card statement, with your name and address, it should do the trick too.

Most important thing is do not do anything illegal or else you stand a good chance in losing your account.

 

Well i have seen that thread in Payment processing section.That was a guy saying that he got limited his paypal account having 600$.
He was from a non-supported country and he explained his story as that:
he added a us bank account and got aa ATM card from paypal..The money was transferred to his bank account which was a fake one i mean he bought that account here on this forum for 15$
after the money was tansferred to his bank account he pulled it out through the atm card.

Paypal usually works very good for this type of things. If they want utility bill send them a utility bill like document. I mean you can send a bank payment document.(Banks usually give you some type of invoice when you put some money on them) I`ve done this and they opened access to my account in 2 hours.(I`ve responded at the very first day of this situation).
