u know they recently behind indian users withdrawal problem , personal payment gone etc

 

Call them . Don't add any stupid documents to verify you are not doing non-profit things {like donations}
They will permanently limit you.
You can write English, try talking to them they wont kill you if your English is so bad. You have to talk in English one day for interview or something

that article was posted in February 06, 2010 i think there were issues that time things are solved rite now

 

I changed "make donation" to "make payment" and "Donate" to "Pay Now"

Another moral is, always pay special attention while creating new paypal accounts and just don't create them in hurry. Verify all the information is correct and only submit the information that you are able to backup with documents.

So what if PayPal ask for documents when they see many little transactions(donations) in a day
