paypal account limited access appeal denied

    hi all,
    ok 2 days ago my account got limited access on paypal cause of a high amount (600$) was sent from a friend of mine, ok after uploading and sending all my documents to paypal, my appeal was denied, now i asked to give a full refund of the payment. is it possible to give him a refund ?

    Yes, when they deny your appeal, they usually allow you to refund the money to your buyers or withdraw to your bank account assigned with the PayPal account.

    i wish so, but when i try to withdraw my cash into my bank account, i get the usual massage "account access limited" .

    U cannot withdraw from limited account,so refund is only option.

    You can refund but your account access won't be lifted. Just give Paypal what they want they will reply by email within 3 days. If they're late keep calling them coz sometimes "they will have high-rated case in review so all staff are assigned to that case and not be able to attend you"
