Paypal account is still limited, What Should I Do Now ? Please Help!

Hello friends,
I am in a problem and I need your serious help. The problem is that on 2nd march I have got a payment from my client as personal and after this payment Paypal has limited my account because they need the verification for this payment. I have told them that I am link seller here and by mistake my client made this payment as personal. But my account is still limited and I am too much worried about it because my balance is suffering there. So please let me know what should I do now ?
1. wait for paypal response because they said review is in process.
2. I need to show them more proofs like sell thread or screen shots of conversation with clients. If yes then where I can upload the screens shots or more proofs.

if your using indian paypal you can't send or receive personal payments from " Feb" month , then how can you receive personal payment ? and there are chance to lift the limited access if you submit the proof like thread in DP or other forum where you provided service and report if completed work and any proof that you have ...

Actually they are asking about those payments which I have made before the feb ,2010.
Here is the email from paypal to me:
In order to proceed with the investigation of these funds, the following
information must be submitted to PayPal:

A full description of the item that was purchased, and the value of the
item. If the payment was for a service, please describe the service
purchased.

Confirmation that you received the item or provide tracking if you shipped
the item.
Details of any other payments you sent or received that were related to the
above transaction.
Any information regarding the relationship or business affiliation you may
have with the above party(ies).
Email communication or written correspondence shared regarding the above
transaction.

Thank you for providing the information regarding the personal payments
received in your account. In order to release the funds in your account,
we will need additional information. Please provide us with one or more of
the following:

1. A copy of the invoice provided to the buyer for the work completed
2. A copy of the work that was completed for your buyer
3. A copy of the receipt provided to the buyer for the services rendered


We would like to obtain as much information as possible about the above
transaction(s), in order to expedite this investigation.

1. Create an Invoice or if you already have one take the screenshot/scan the same.
2. Scan your PAN card
3. Mention that you have sold advertising link and links to your post where you sell those links.

Once you login into you paypal, go to My Account >> Resolution Centre and you will find your case there. Just upload the above and it should get resolved in few hours.

Did they limit your account because you requested for a bank withdrawl after receiving a personal payment? Farhad Irani has clearly mentioned on the blog that Personal remittances can be requested only by cheque. That is the sole reason for credit card also to be disabled for Indian PP users.

Next month onwards, it seems to be very stringent and hopeful too, because
- All bank accounts need to have PAN card, mandatory
- Paypal needs to have PAN
- CC withdrawls and personal bank withdrawls may come back becos PP might have got the licence for personal remittance
- Xoom withdrawls might return to normalcy.

 

No, I had not asked for withdrawal after got the payment.

 

You can talk directly to the limitation department on paypal and ask for a help regarding about your acc

What I don't understand is if you have received a personal payment on 01 mar and account limited on 02 mar , how did you request a withdrawl on 12 Mar and get it completed by 17/18 mar. As far as I know, if your account is limited then you cannot receive, send or withdraw the amount till 180 days

 

yeah i agree with cool_ptc, you can ask the paypal limitation department and even asking them why u got banned will give you a good answer

But my Resolution Center Status is showing completed now so how I can upload a copy of my PAN card ? Is there is any other way to upload the scan documents ?

 

you can scan ur pan card and add it there..

Well you can email them the details and include your transaction number in the same. Once you email, call them!
